KevaAI, Inc. (“KevaAI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a technology platform that helps users estimate home affordability, discover assistance programs, and connect with third-party lenders and real estate professionals. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

• You must provide accurate and truthful information
• You must use the platform for lawful purposes only
• You are responsible for maintaining your account security

All affordability estimates, program matches, incentives, and AI outputs are estimates only. They do not guarantee loan approval, eligibility, or financial outcomes. Actual results depend on third-party verification and underwriting.

5. Third-Party Services

The platform may connect you to third-party lenders, agents, and service providers. KevaAI is not responsible for their actions, services, pricing, or outcomes. Any agreement you enter is strictly between you and the third party.

6. AI-Generated Content

The platform uses AI systems to generate recommendations and estimates. These outputs may be inaccurate and should not be relied upon as professional advice.

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Do not misuse or attempt to hack the platform
• Do not upload unauthorized documents
• Comply with all applicable laws

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, software, and AI systems are owned by KevaAI or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

KevaAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to $100 or the amount paid (if any) in the last 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KevaAI and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

We may suspend or terminate access at any time if we believe you violated these Terms or used the platform unlawfully.

13. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Except where prohibited, any dispute relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Atlanta, Georgia, on an individual basis. You and KevaAI waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action, to the extent permitted by law. You may opt out of arbitration by contacting us at admin@kevaai.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.
